- A classic English Pale Ale using a blend of pale and crystal malts complimented by complex hop flavours.
- A Partial Mash kit. To make this kit you would mash/boil a small quantity of grain and hops and then add this liquid to malt extract to make up a full 40 pint kit. Full step by step instructions are included.
- Unlike All Grain Kits, to make this Partial Mash Kit, you will only need a 10 litre pan, along with your usual fermenting equipment.
- Contains 3kgs Liquid Malt Extract, crushed grains with straining bag, 3 packs of hop pellets with boiling bag, S-04 yeast sachet. Extras included - Starbrite Finings, Pure Brew, Britewort Tablet.
