• Buyer pays return shipping unless we have made a material mistake in our listing.
• We will reimburse original purchase price, less any restocking fee specified in the listing.

New Shoes are purchased from a well respected retail chain, right off their shelves, when they have their Super Sales.  The GPGS team is waiting at the door for the stores to open.  We literally load our trucks with new inventory. 

Pre-Owned Shoes:  We support local charity organizations by purchasing many of our pre-owned inventory from their re-sale stores here in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, where many Hollywood stars & professional athletes have winter homes.
