Please view the “About This Item” section above! Here we offer you a working Elgin wristwatch with a AS 1916 movement that was first released in 1971. This movement has a Quick Set Day feature, simply set the date as you normally would, then repeatedly push in the crown until the correct day appears in the window. This lovely watch and Speidel band combination have survived the last 53 years… it appears that this watch was well kept as it show’s only medium wear and tear. Please allow the pictures to write the description… I tried to capture most angles with clear images. This watch and band fit’s loose on my 7 3/4” wrist, I can get the tip of my middle finger between my wrist and the inside of the band with little effort, the sliding clasp with Patent. # 4,245,461 allows you to adjust for smaller wrists.

We are selling this clean watch as is as shown and as described… please view the pictures closely before bidding. Questions? Thank you!

Please note… That the last service date for this watch is not known.
