How do I get my film to you?
A message will be sent to you after you pay for your order giving you our lab address
Do not send your film (s) to any other address
Please make sure you include your name, address, electronic mail address and Ebay user ID when sending in your films to us so we know where to send them back
How do I download my scanned files?
After your files have been scanned they will be uploaded to a server, you will be given the links and you have 3 days to download them. They will be in a RAW format (appears as a negative) so they can be adjusted by yourself to your requirements and converted using the software of your choice
Processing
When your film (s) arrive it will take approximately 5 WORKING DAYS for us to process them, this starts from when they arrive with us, not when you place your order
Your negatives will be returned by Royal Mail 1st class post
The correct postage MUST be paid when you send your films in to us
