This issue is from December 1976 featuring "This Legionnaire is Condemned!" by Cary Bates and Mike Grell, plus "Death of a Legend" by Jim Shooter and Mike Nasser.  Graded in fine plus condition as the front cover has faded and the right edges have a light curl.
