This is a pair (2) of vintage Duck Decoy WEIGHTS made by famous outfitter, HERTERS.  They are model #84 and are made of cast iron and shaped like grappling hooks.  They weigh 1 pound each.  Both have a length of thin paracord wrapped around them along with stainless steel swiveling hook for attaching to the decoy.  Both are excellent condition.
