NO RETURNS as these shoes are yours once you heat mold them. The heel cup is very likely to be too narrow out of the box which pushes your foot forward but once you heat mold the shoes, the cup opens up to your exact heel width and they fit like a glove. 

To figure out if these will fit, take an existing insole of a cycling shoe that fits you well and measure it, then compare against these.

Also, use the Lake cycling sizing tool on their site to help. 

IF you have really low arches or flat feet, these may not be the best shoes for you. They have a solid amount of arch support.

Follow the instructions on the Lake website and be attentive to details, and these will turn out amazing.
