I have disassembled & washed the bricks, meticulously reassembled and then disassembled for dispatch.

Minifigs are good.

The Instructions are in great condition and box (huge) likewise, please see photos.

There is age damage to a good number of the original outward facing bricks rendered more manageable  upon rebuilding the model,  by building with the majority of the altered brick faces looking inwards and this however, is not a pristine collectors item. The awning bricks/window frames/pavement tiles/HOTEL signage, have variable age discolouration. It is however a great model for building.
