Elegant vintage cup and soap holder marked #228 It measures 7.5” tall with the cup. It is 9” wide.  The diameter of the base is 3.75”. It is in excellent pre-owned condition with very little wear. It would also make a beautiful candle holder.  Thanks for looking.
