For sale is my 1959 UK matching numbers Beetle. Extremely solid for a UK car, the floor pan is the original and completely unwelded but cleaned and painted black. The body of the car has only had minor welding to a very high standard. It still retains its original channels, correct valances and all 4 original wings. No welding is needed. The interior is in fantastic untouched condition, even down to the rubber mats.

The engine is the correct matching 30hp motor, I have had it running but may need work or possibly a rebuild to be perfect. I have started it using an 12v battery and coil.

Everything is there including semaphores and snowflake lights. Electrics will need looking at and bits connecting up but the original loom is in good condition.

The brakes are all brand new and work great. New hard lines, flexys, master cylinder, shoes.

The fuel tank is rusty so wants cleaning or replacing.

Overall the car needs finishing off which shouldn’t take long at all. This could easily be on the road with a few days work and be worth a lot more than I’m asking. Car is advertised elsewhere so have the right to end auction.

For those asking the car is advertised elsewhere at £8500. The body was taken off the chassis so is all mint and fixed back down using original washers. I have log book and paperwork too.
