Highest quality leather jacket produced by Brockum for The Rolling Stones' Steel Wheels Tour which was launched in North America in Aug., 1989 to promote the band's album "Steel Wheels"; it continued to Japan in Feb., 1990, w/ten shows at the Tokyo Dome. The European leg of the tour, which featured a different stage and logo, was called the "Urban Jungle Tour" and ran from May to Aug., 1990. These would be the last live concerts for the band w/original member Bill Wyman on bass guitar. Jacket's left sleeve features double American flag embroidered patch w/Steel Wheels design and back features metal studs spelling out "Rolling Stones" across shoulders w/large embroidered Stones tongue patch. Additionally, jacket has 5/8" dia. metal button accents w/Steel Wheels wheel design. Jacket also features a total of six metal zipper pulls in the shape of the iconic Stones tongue.
