Here I have for sale a William Moorcroft, Tudric Mounted jug, decorated in the Pomegranate design, made for Libertys, circa 1922.
The jug stands 5.5 inches in height, and measures 3 inches across the top rim, not including the spout, it measures 3.25 inches across the base.
The jug is decorated very well, with Five fruit, One being open, and good colours, all on a good Cobalt ground, a fine example of its type.
The jug is in good condition, there has been some professional restoration the base rim, some glaze loss has been touched up to a high standard and it is now invisible to the naked eye, it displays very well.
I have not cleaned the Pewter mounts, but I am sure they would polish up nicely, if you wished.
This piece is in perfect condition and is completely free from damage or restoration,of any kind, guaranteed.
Any white marks or other are either camera glare or under glaze.
Who ever buys this jug will not be disappointed and it would make a great addition to any collection.
Will post within 2 working days of cleared payment.
