When she arrived, she sat overnight in our dining room to adjust. I could feel her positive energy, a happy loving soul. Throughout the evening, we kept hearing noises from the dining room. Our dogs kept running back and forth in the room and when we'd check we would find nothing out of place.  We could hear our dogs moving around all night since they decided to stay downstairs with her. Most of the next day remained uneventful except for the unexplained noises coming from our dining room and the excitement she was causing with our dogs. So playful all day, no naps and it felt like one of us had them worked up .A few times we did catch a figure that would peek around the doorway to our kitchen as if trying to catch a peek as to what kind of people we were and what we were doing.

When we started to communicate that evening, our equipment started reacting immediately. The K2 went up to  yellow.  Our Mel meter rose up steadily to 1.9 and the temperature dropped 5 degrees in the room. We could feel cool blasts of air hitting us from all sides and the hair on our arms stood up. When we turned on the spirit box, we said Hello and a few seconds later we got a response of " Its me Helen  ". We asked if she told us her name, was it Helen and she responded with a " I did ".  We asked if she liked our dogs, was she playing with them and our rem pod flashed blue and green for the first and only time all night.. Through out communicating our dogs stayed in the room with us.With the pendulum, asking yes and no questions, we found out, she is a woman, loves animals and was happy we adopted her .She had passed in 2020, was in her 70's and was married with 3 children. When we reviewed the EVP's later when asking about being married and family she had answered " Bought me this " , we assumed she meant her husband had bought her this teddy bear. She has stayed among us since we got her, our dogs love her and the noises continue in the room as if someone is moving things around. We feel nothing malicious, just a lot of positive energy, love and happiness . She enjoys lighting up cat balls and bullet lights, seem they are easier for her to manipulate without using all her energy. A fun conversation at times.

Our family has been doing paranormal investigations for 15+ years. From Eastern State Prison, White Hill Mansion, NJ., Salem Ma, Gettysburgh Pa , Pennhurst Asylum plus many more locations. We’ve collected many haunted items over the past 12+ yrs.  and at this point although I personally feel an attachment to them, we need to make room for some of our newer acquisitions. I’ll hope they are going to a good new home with someone who will treat them with the respect they deserve.
