A WW2 era, Australian pattern 1907 bayonet, manufactured at   S.A.F. LITHGOW,  N.S.W. in  September 1941,  numbered/ issued  B 78500, issued to Queensland, crossguard stamped:  D^D 1,  fitted with the original Coachwood grips, both stamped:  SLAZ  41   with a Lithgow  MA   brown leather scabbard.

17 inch, gloss blued fullered blade, factory sharpened only.   Blued ricasso stamped:  MA  1907  1    9   '41  & reverse,  two Broad Arrows,  Two Crown 7 L Lithgow Proofs, X bend test, MA.         Excellent.  see photos. 

100% blued muz ring/ crossguard.   Original Coachwood grips retained with two blued bolts, SLAZ  41   stamped on both grips.         Excellent.  see photos.

Blued pommel,  numbered/ issued  B  78500.   Press stud working smoothly.

Australian steel mounted, brown leather scabbard, stitching sound.   MA stamped  on locket.     see photo
