"HOLLYWOOD'S RAILROADS" is a series of softcover books about railroads and locomotives used by Hollywood in motion pictures and television shows. Each book tells a complete story. Four books are planned. Each book is 8.5 by 11 inches, 72 pages, and printed on heavy enameled paper with high resolution photos.

Volume Two: Sierra Railroad covers the central California short line used in more than 300 films spanning almost 100 years. Its credits include many television shows from the 1950s to the 1990s, and major films like “High Noon,” “Back to the Future III,” and Clint Eastwood’s “Unforgiven” – the 1992 Academy Award winning Best Picture. This book has 140 photos; 25 of them in color.
