Item: 

Antique black and white Glass Plate Negative of the Bell at the Observatory Tea Rooms Mt Dandenong, by the Rose Stereograph Co.  Certificate of Provenance from Rose included.  Positive image shows what the image looks like were it in print.  The bell originated from the Rossie Mills, Montrose, Scotland and was brought to Australia on board the Champion of the Seas in 1854 by David Coutts. This image dates from the early 1900s.

 

Size: 

9 cm tall x 14 cm wide.

 

Condition:  

Good pre-owned condition.  Very minor damage - air bubble top middle and lower right hand corner, minor loss of colour top left hand corner.  


Will be posted in an acid free envelope, then wrapped in bubble wrap, and sent boxed.
