Time to let this one go too, Had it for years and its just sat on a shelf in its zip lock bag. Read it when I bought it, used it once or twice but that's about it. Its in excellent "like new" condition with barely a scuff and no folds or tears. The gluing on the spine is intact and so there are no loose or missing pages and no writing inside. A genuine piece of pristine 1985 memorabilia. 

Excellent condition, barely read, hardly used.
