1963 version of Hermann Bollman's wonderful pictorial birds-eye view map of New Manhattan and New York. This does not have the accompanying brochure, and does have some condition issues - there is a small approximately 3/4" loss near center, pinholes to corners and one small loss, an unrepaired tear to center, and splits to some folds.
