OMAS Arte Italiana Art Deco Paragon Limited in Pearl Grey Cotton Resin with Firenze Yellow Gold Trim

The pen comes with its original OMAS presentation box, original OMAS brochures and includes the outer presentation box cover (as per photos) plus a faux suede pen sleeve and the original unopened bottle of OMAS ink as supplied with the pen.

The barrel is screwed on to the cap and both are crafted from an uncommon pearl grey cotton resin with the classic pattern of the thirties and an elegant and stunning guilloche engraving on both cap and barrel. The nib is 18K firenze yellow gold. Both have a 12-sided form as shown in the photos. The limited edition is adorned with the historical OMAS Greek fret on both cap and barrel, with a precious Onyx wheel fitted on the clip. The word OMAS can be found on the band around the barrel end of the cap.

The nib is marked M for Medium (1.0mm) & 750 18K

CONDITION: inked and used once. I want the buyer of this lovely pen to be completely satisfied  with their purchase of this immaculate and scratch free pen which is in excellent as new condition. This model retailed for close to £1,000 new so this sale represents excellent value for money.

The number 1.931 commemorates the year of creation of the first Arte Italiana model and epitomizes the Arte Italiana Art Deco collection. Only 931 pens were made for the Limited Edition model in Pearl Grey and this pen is marked OMAS 306/931 on the nib end of the barrel and is therefore the 306th pen in the collection.

I have advertised the pen as USED but it has only been inked and tested once.

The pen is a piston filler to suit the most demanding of handwriting devotees so your only choice is bottled ink. I recommend Pilot Iroshizuku or OMAS as these high quality inks compliment a pen of this quality.

As it is my responsibility to deliver it to the buyers doorstep I have selected Special Delivery postage where the pen is fully insured during transit to its full value.
