2. If for any reason you ignore our polite message and decide to send it back, please be aware that we will deduct the sum for postage both ways from your total (approx £7). We have been messed around recently by two buyers unnecessarily, who made a false claim.

3. Once the item is posted this is yours. I don’t want any hassle with this sale, or request:

- “doesn’t fit”

- “I have changed my mind”

- “I thought these were different size or colour”

- “not as described”.

We have seen all these tricks over the years. We are lucky to deal with some great buyers on eBay however we had few individuals who really upset us and abused eBay rules.
