When making the transfer, be sure to state the item number and your name as the purpose.
After the auction you will receive an e-mail with Allen necessary data.

In the case of transfers from abroad, please note that you, the customer, bear all bank charges, so that the full purchase price incl. Shipping costs will be credited.
There are normally no fees for euro transfers within the EU.
• Delivery time:
We ship twice a week, so even if the item has been marked as shipped it may not get to the post office for a day or two. We send packages with Hermes. The term can be up to 7 working days. If there is a weekend or holiday in between, the term will be extended accordingly.
Some items are shipped from our warehouse in Austria. Again, it may take a little longer! Please be patient!
• Have you paid but not received any goods?
If you have not received any goods 10 days after the transfer, please check your payment to us again.
Please check if a chargeback has occurred. This happens if, for example, a number in the account number was wrong.
If this is not the case, please send us an email with details of your name, total amount, date of transfer and account holder and we will then try to clarify it immediately.
