1960's Vintage European Wine Aerator/Decant, Brandy Decanter, Etched Glass

This piece has a hand etched design of grapes, leaves and stems on the outside of the glass. How this piece works is it sets in a frame and when you push up on the bottom pin the liquid will dispense. I believe it was used for wine, hence the "wine aerator". I believe it could be used for any liquid beverage that you want to dispense.

In good condition. No chips or scratch. Normal wear from age.
