Hi, handlebars taken from a low mileage (28k) 1976 P reg Honda CB200 I am breaking.

In very good condition...but not mint - may have the odd mark, scratch, blemish, signs of wear, bit of rust etc - as you would expect from a used part. 

Please study photo's carefully for condition.
