It even helps you to find best place to stop with your caravan by searching its large database of motorhome campsites from ACSI and Campercontact letting you select points of interest and filter to match your preferred amenities.
Keep an eye out
Sync your device up to your smartphone with the Garmin Drive app and stay up-to-date with what's going on in the road ahead. This means you can plan accordingly if you're about to run in to traffic on the main road, or stay safely within the speed limits. You can get regular or one-off speed camera updates so you'll always know where the hotspots are.
Built-in WiFi helps you keep the Camper 890 updated to the latest version. This means you can skip the PC, and update your Sat Nav whenever you have WiFi available.
Voice control
Voice activated navigation lets you control your device and set the destination without taking your hands off the wheel or your eyes off the road. And you can make hands-free calls.
Lifetime Maps and Traffic
You can download a full update of your maps at least four times a year. They are free of charge and provided for the useful life of the device (i.e. as long as the manufacturer supports it with software updates, services, content, or accessories).
Pairing with back up camera
If you need help to back out from tight places, the Camper 890 can be paired with Garmin backup cameras (not included) to help you keep your vehicle away from any harm.
