7 by 4 3/4" medium red deckled leather covers with rounded corners, Chi-Rho embossing on the front and gilded title on the spine, 628 pale gray edged pages plus large index and table of contents in the back, one beautiful frontispiece engraving of the Crucifixion in the front and some red and black line drawings as chapter headings and end flourishes, with continuous alternating red (rubrics) and black (prayer texts) throughout the book, bi-lingual Latin and English text.

A sought after, out of print prayer book, the volume contains the traditional and historical pre-Vatican II indulgenced prayers and services of the Roman Catholic Church.

Condition of the book graded as Fine to Very Fine. The interior is quite perfect: fresh, very clean and unmarked, external boards show the slightest bit of wear, previous owner's signature in light red pencil only inside front cover- a collectible book..
