Originally the saws were manufactured by Singer Sewing Machine
Company which sold the tool division to Ryobi of Japan who in turn then sold the
power tool division to various other manufacturers. Today the patents and tooling
are owned and manufactured by Techtronic Industries Company Limited, which still
manufactures and sells updated versions of the same saw.
These Motor Plates are redesigned with more reinforcing ribs
to make this the strongest motor mount available for your saw.
This newer version has more webbing to make it last longer
