stock photos are uploaded these are for styling and fit purposes and the colour
may differ slightly. Please note that, although I make every
effort to photograph the items accurately, lighting conditions and
variations in screen resolutions may mean that the colour in the photo is
not an exact reproduction of the real thing. If the exact colour is
important to you, message me for more details.
Items are washed and stored carefully, however it is
advisable to rewash in your choice of washing detergent before wearing.
Postage
I do
offer combined postage so please message me before making payment so I can
amend your invoice accordingly. Postage includes packaging materials,
travelling, time and insurance costs.
Items
will be dispatched using Evri within 3 working days (usually sooner) and the
tracking number uploaded to your order.
If you would like next day delivery or the parcel sending via Royal Mail
an extra charge will be payable.
All
items are sent tracked giving you that extra level of security and you can
nominate a safe place/neighbour via the Evri website if you are not going to be
home.
The
item will be wrapped securely and I reuse packaging supplies whenever I can. Sorry
no home collections
Please
note that Evri does not deliver to some addresses including Jersey and the
Channel Islands. Please ask for postage
quote and I will send with an alternative courier if possible. For remote
postcode locations which includes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and
the Isle of Man the courier charges an extra £2.65. A paypal invoice will be sent for the
surcharge to be paid.
Discounts
I add new items most days so if you see anything else you are interested
in please let me know as I do offer discounts for multiple purchases made at
the same time for buy it now listings.
Global Shipping Programme – International Buyers
International
shipping is available through the Global Shopping Programme. This is carried
out through Ebay, I simply send your package to the UK shipping centre in
Lichfield to be forwarded to yourself. The benefits of this programme are that
you will pay all postage, taxes and import charges up front, and you wont have
to pay any extra charges when your item is delivered. Tracking is always
included so you can track your item and GSP includes customs clearance so you
don’t need to handle any extra paperwork. Ebay set the prices therefore these
can’t be combined - this is out of my hands I am afraid.
Returns
If for
any reason you are not satisfied with your item please contact me within 7 days
of receiving the item and I will try to resolve any issues. All returns must be
in the same condition as sent and unworn/unused. Return postage is
not refundable. Please note I do not accept international returns
