This English sterling frame is made by R. Carr Ltd of Sheffield, England. It is made of sterling silver and has a very smooth glossy finish. The piece has the original glass and a blac velvet backing with easel. This piece is very well made and has only faint sign of use. There are some very faint use marks on the silver and the velvet.
