British Soft Paste Porcelain Green Birds & Butterflies Tea Bowl & Saucer 1830 B

Pretty British soft paste porcelain tea bowl and saucer. Decorated in a green transferware pattern with birds, flowers, mountains, and butterflies. Unmarked. Circa 1830 to 1840s.

The cup has no chips or cracks. The saucer has crazing typical of British porcelain and few very small hairlines along the edge that blend into the crazing.

The cup measures approximately 3 7/8 inches wide x 2 3/8 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 5 5/8 inches wide.

This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display-ability of the piece.
