Customer Service

We are available to answer questions between 9am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. We are not available on weekends. 

Payment Details

Payment must be made within 5 days of the auction ending via eBay. We do not accept cash on collection.

We have limited holding space. If we have not been contacted, and payment has not been made within 5 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Postage Details

We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days. Items may not be dispatched over the weekend.

DELAYS: Due to postal strikes, there are currently delays to delivery times. Please allow for additional time for items to arrive.

Collection Option

If you wish to collect the item, please request a revised invoice prior to paying. After the auction has ended we will send a new invoice with the postage costs.

Payment is required within 5 days after the auction ending. Proof of payment is required on collection.
