This is a cute Emmett, Kelly Junior tin. It comes with four clown figurines. Material may be resin, but not sure. No date or markings on the tin or clowns that I see. In good shape with one small dent in a couple little scratches on bottom of tin. Tin inches tall by 4 inches wide.
