This is a new iPad case strap in the color black. The photos show an ivory one out of package so you can see the strap but this is for a new black one in package. It does adjust. You get one strap new in packaging. This would probably also work as a strap for other things as well. I do have multiple units for sale and will provide quantity discount if you buy more than one.
