Released exclusively on the long since discontinued and deleted formats of VHS in 1984 in the UK and Australia. This classic concert was finally remastered and exclusively released on a Japanese only LaserDisc r two years later on the 11th of January 1986. The following has NEVER been released on DVD until NOW!

Background information: In the ’84 United States tour, a professional shot video recorded the performance of Salt Lake City’s “Salt Place” on March 18 has long been known to fans as a classic concert. However, the VHS video of the same name that was in circulation more than three decades ago contains a edited down aka “short version” of “Suicide Solution” and Jake’s guitar solo is cut out in its entirety, which has disappointed many fans through out the years. In this RARE LaserDisc release, (exclusively as a Japanese only import) is the “full length” version master that includes the FULL guitar solo from Jake that lasts OVER there and a half minutes long! Ozzy devotees will without question enjoy and want this great classic concert in the best possible quality! The concert was digitized from this rare Japanese only LaserDisc release with careful remastering using the best process available at the time.
Description: Ozzy Osbourne’s “BARK AT THE MOON” U.S. tour with Jake E. Lee on guitar is a professional shot performance Live at Salt Palace, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA on the 18th March 1984, which is known as one of the classic captured gigs of Ozzy inches entire solo career. It is a special release as it is using the full-length version from the original master directly!
Ozzy, who had completed his European tour following the announcement of the new LP “BARK AT THE MOON” by December 1983, had finally moved to the United States, and from January 1984 to June 1984 A large-scale North American tour was held.
Ozzy who skillfully used the rising popularity of heavy metal, such as the LA metal scene, as a tailwind, had won support from many fans over the Randy Rose era from and continues to the present day. This laid the foundation for Ozzy as the “Metal Emperor” I some circles.
From the beginning, “I Don’t Know”, where Pyro explodes and the opening begins where Ozzy appears magnificently from the large stairs provided as a stage set, and the live is a series of spectacular entertainment from the beginning (Ozzy between songs) Also pay attention to the staff who bring water to the armor figure! The video is a perfect multi-camera pro shot, and any fan will get lost in the this classic performance. In addition, the remastered sound quality makes the music entertaining with great listening!
Jake’s not only looks but also his guitar play and showmanship are here in full force. His vigorous performance and the explosion of flashy playing style around the stage enlivens the charm of a young guitar hero. “Rock ‘n’ Roll Rebel”, “Bark At The Moon” and “Centre of Eternity” from the then new album cut phrases as his guitar cuts, creating a great listening point for live performances. Of course, in Randy’s “Mr. Crowley”, “Revelation (Mother Earth)” and “Steal Away (The Night)”, Jake’s play brings a new life to songs.
The middle of the live “Suicide Solution” Jake’s guitar solo are missing in many releases of this concert that are on the market today but are definitely the biggest highlights of the concert. Jake’s keen play in a new world of heavy tunes can’t help but think, “Why was this cut in the first place?” The drums of Tommy Aldridge who returned to the band fit all the songs flawlessly. He also plays with Bob Dissley’s on bass (the solo with bare hands is of course the best).
The live peaks from beginning to end. “Flying High Again”, “Crazy Train”, and even BLACK SABBATH numbers “Iron Man” and “Paranoid” are played in a shouting cheer that shook the whole venue, overwhelming the audience!
This video, which recorded over 75 minutes of incandescent live performances with the highest quality professional shots, is definitely the definitive version of Ozzy’s ’84 video!If you’re a fan who wanted to see this live concert in perfect quality then don’t miss this historical time capsule!
