U.S. Army WWI AEF Sergeants Tunic. First Army 8th Heavy Ordinance Repair.  F Company.

A really pristine First Army summer weight tunic belonging to a Sergeant of the 8th Heavy Ordinance Repair.

Wonderful collar discs. Left hand has two crossed cannons with a "F" below center.

A super rare patch. The patch is felt on wool.  Between the frame of the 'A" is an "H" intertwined with the numeral "8".
An extremely fine First Army Artillery Heavy Ordinance Repair patch.   All patch stitching is tight with no degradation.

Aside from the main patch, the left sleeve has an overseas service chevron along with a discharge stripe.

The right sleeve has a chevron patch of a Sergeant's rank.

Inside of the jacket is in great shape.  Very tight stitching as is the rest of the uniform.

No mothing whatsoever.  A couple of small snags to the cotton as shown in photos. Tailor's pattern numbers present in two places on inside of liner.

All buttons, fasteners, hooks, and eyes are present, functioning, and in perfect shape as well as tightly stitched. Perfect working condition.

An exceptional piece that will not disappoint.
