This Dr. Jack 77 Portland Trailblazers CLOTH PATCH is hard-to-find. After JACK RAMSAY passed away in April 2014, the patch was given out in 2014-15 only to season ticketholders. However, only one per account (NOT per seat) was given. Note that the Blazers had previously retired number “77” in honor of coach Ramsay's 1977 Blazers NBA championship.
