Both have 16gb Ram, one has 320GB Hdd and the other 500 Hdd, both have windows 10 pro fully activated, both work fine but might need some updates or battery, one shows no battery detected although one is installed, I’m guessing battery is dead, the other shows as one battery detected and in excellent condition, no chargers included only laptops, free shipping
