Most parcels are received within the specified time on the listing. However, If you do not receive your items within the specified time, please, inform us immediately and check with your local delivery office, as Royal Mail do not always leave a card when they attempt to deliver. We will also check the sorting office from our end and if your parcel is there we will not resend or issue a refund until the parcel is returned back to us. Refunds or replacement for items not received will not be sent out until all investigations are not completed from our end.
