I am both a buyer and a seller so I know what it is like from both sides of the fence.
I try to conclude sales as quickly and efficiently as possible. After payment is received I usually despatch the same day (Monday - Friday) as long as payment is made before 2 p.m. Positive feedback is always appreciated, at least I know that you have received your item. I always leave positive feedback for all buyers.
If I make a mistake in my listings I will rectify it straight away, I always describe my items openly and honestly and to the best of my ability (I'm only human).
If ever you are unhappy with any of your purchases please return it to me in the same condition as received and I will refund in full including your return postage, no quibble.
