Lighter does not appear to have been used ~ wick does not appear to be charred and no other sign of use.

Lighter made in China; bright shiny finish, sparks, no fluid.
The case is made of brown faux leather. It looks like the leather case states "Made in Canada". There is a beaded ball chain loop and a metal snap

Used ~ very light scratches on the lighter case. Leather sheath shows light outer wear; wear spot on the interior.
