You're buying the Stanley #18 block plane shown in the photos.

Both sides of this plane were reshaped to eliminate a broken back side corner.

LOOK AT THE PHOTOS CAREFULLY.

The reshaped sides do not appear to affect performance.

Also the adjusting lever for the throat plate is absent, however these do not affect the ability to adjust the throat.

Personally I feel that it is better to slightly modify a plane and put it back into service, rather than parting it out.

This plane is in good condition and has been inspected, cleaned and oiled.

A good user plane, thoroughly gone it out over, bench tested, sharp, and ready to use.
