this cape looks like it never was used, I would say it would be for a small dog, maybe even a cat, it measures about 10 inches to were it would go around the neck, the hole for the animals neck is 3 1/2 inches across, the other part I guess that goes around the bottom measures 7 inches. please check my pictures out and if you have any questions please ask them.
