This cel came from the original scene folder along with the extras and reprinted materials. Items are shipped in an archival bag. (note: animator's scene number is 2 -124. Someone knows the story, but not me).

Kogure, Jr. is the villian in Kintaro's storyline: While persuing Noriko, the daughter of the Noodle Shop owners, Kogure is out on the glitzy town with another woman.
