this is a project car, the rear half of the chassis has been designed and made by myself, I'm a professional welder/engineer.

the rear axle has been 4 linked and is sitting on air bags and BC Racing adjustable shocks, this is all cad designed and cnc cut, to give the most range of axle movement while keeping the pinion angle consistent, when aired out its just clear of the sills.The rear deck height is the same as original, with an aluminium floor panel with lift out sections. the prop has been professionally remade with a center bearing to give more drop, the rear brakes have been replaced with new mazda discs and new sierra cosworth calipers, new handbrake cables, abs sensors retained.

The front suspension is standard with New adjustable for height and damping BC racing struts fitted with BAGS threaded airbags.

the front brakes are new V8 spec discs and calipers from australia, with new front wheel bearings and lower arms.

The engine is a ford intech sohc 4.0L straight six, lpg only, as fitted to many cars in Australia, the original lpg tanks have been replaced with a new donut tank, with new valves and level sender, but this is not currently connected. However the gearbox is the T5 as fitted to sierra cosworth, TVR etc so lots of options for an engine swap.

there is a lot to still do, the engine doesn't run as the lpg needs to be connected, however is did run fine, it had a common oil leak from the cam chain tensioner which has been repaired.

The exhaust is partly tacked up, with enough parts to complete, in stainless, 2.5", with flexi coupling and 2 silencers

the rear chassis needs completing and a body making, I was going to make a utility style body, there are a couple of previous rust repairs under the cab which need re-doing, but nothing major.

there is no air management/compressor/tank etc, just lines to bags and tyre inflation ends

the brakes need re-piping

radiator need sorting

headlights are ugly/crap so ive sourced vw passat B5 units which look a lot better but need fitting/wiring/some bodywork to fit

front bumper/air dam needs making.

the interior is all there and is ok apart from the headliner which would want replacing.
