International shipping is done via Ebay International Shipping.  Buyers should be aware that this service can be expensive with long delivery times and is handled entirely by Ebay.

This will help me to be able to continue to offer free shipping to USA addresses.  Items to US addresses are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.  Orders to US addresses totaling $25 or more are shipped insured, with tracking, at no cost to the buyer.

All stamps listed are sound stamps unless otherwise noted in the description. The stamp(s) shown is/are the stamp(s) you will receive. Be sure to check the scans as the pictures are considered to be part of the descriptions.

Please pay via PayPal within 8 days of sale date - orders may be cancelled for non-payment at 8 days unless other arrangements have been made.  

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after you receive the item. 

If you plan to send the stamp for a certification, you must let me know at time of payment. On stamps with a CV of $800 or more, we will reimburse 50% of the cost of certification (up to a maximum reimbursement of $35) if a stamp we sell is certified as not genuine by a reputable, recognized expertizing agency.  Other certifications (grade, condition, etc) are not reimbursed.,

Catalog Values (CV) shown in listings are current 2024 Scotts values.

Definitions used: MH means unused with original gum and with hinge marks; MLH means unused with original gum and light hinging marks; HR means a stamp with a hinge remnant; MNH means unused with original gum, never hinged; MRG means unused stamp that has been regummed; DG means a Mint Stamp with Disturbed Gum; OG means Original Gum: MWG means Mint With Gum  but may be too close to call if Re-gummed or OG;  Used means a stamp that has cancellation marks; MNG means a stamp without cancellation but with no gum; POG means Partial Original Gum; XF means Extremely Fine; VF means Very Fine; F means Fine, NGAI means No Gum As Issued. A stamp described as Sound means a stamp with no creases, tears or thins. Bids should be placed based on the stamp(s) as shown in scan(s) posted in the listing and by the descriptions used in the listing. The stamp(s) you see in the listing is(are) the stamp(s) you will receive.
