Condition is good for age with only minor issues as follows,

Table has a couple of minor marks/ missing fretwork,same for the sideboard,the chairs are a little loose on the joints whilst the thick leather has some  surface cracking ,also the chairs would benefit from new foam fitting Under the seats(easy job) . The corner cabinet has some slight fading when viewed in bright light and a small crack in one of the glass panes which is not  that noticeable ,three  original keys are included.

Measurements are,

Table 1500 mm length x 900 mm wide x760 mm high 

Sideboard 1600 mm wide x 580 mm deep x 940 mm high

Corner cabinet 1800 mm high x 800 mm across the front.

A couple of years ago an identical sideboard  alone sold for £850 at hemswell antiques and a quick internet search shows the regard for Denby and spinks furniture in the prices being asked.
