After April 2020, international mail service by Japan Post may not be available due to reduced flights & pandemic. Also, due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Japan Post has stopped accepting international mail to and around Ukraine.
In that case, FedEx can be used in certain areas (Japan Post can ship to Asia). Delivered in 2-3 days to North America and within 7 days to Europe.
FedEx shipping costs vary depending on the weight and volume of the shipment.

Return only can be accepted unused and unopened packages. Let us know if the item was defective and we will exchange it for a new item.
