Normally, International delivery takes 2-4 weeks. However, it may take longer depending on the customs process and delivery system. Moreover ongoing pandemic, shipping is currently a mess due to service suspensions.

* We accept exchange or refund within 14 days from the item’s shipment date. Also, the buyer shall be responsible for all return shipping charges. And also please note that shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. The product box is a means to protect the product. Please understand that reasons such as crushing, or flooding of the box are not grounds for a refund. ( In the case of new products, we are never selling damaged products. The problem during delivery is the delivery company's problem, so please request it to the delivery company.) Furthermore, after opening / ripping off inner plastic bags (or the other protection frames, etc.) the item value has gone so we cannot provide any customer service of it. Those rules are based on the official manufacturer's manual

* Before requesting refund&exchange after opening the product, we are asking for sending [video clips & photos] while unboxing items to help us with refund/exchange inquiries. If the matter is difficult, we also specify that it is difficult to consult and that we cannot refund or exchange it.
