I do not know if it's unlocked.  That would be a long call with AT&T but it was originally purchased under my own account so I know it's possible to get unlocked if the situation requires it.

All that being said, I will not accept returns for cosmetic issues nor carrier unlock issues.  The watch has been factory reset and I can guarantee for 30 days that it works fine and the battery life is as good as it ever was.  

The charger and USB cable come with it.  Make me an offer!
