This is a first edition in average condition.  It was published by Herbert Jenkins Limited in 1936.  This title is one of the 'Drones Club' series.

'These eleven stories describe the misadventures of the delightfully idle 'Eggs', 'Beans', and 'Crumpets' that populate the Drones Club: young men wearing spats, starting spats, and landing in sticky spots.  Mr Mulliner makes an appearance, as does Uncle Fred and he comes to what he believes to be the rescue.'

Book - Average - rubbing/bumping/wear to the corners, edges and covers, a lean, fading, creasing and tearing to the spine, marking, fading and discolouration to the covers, opens v.easily to several pages (binding showing through in a few places - badly in one place), some creasing to a few page corners, some bumping to a few page corners, marking to the page edges and a few pages, foxing/discolouration to the page edges and several pages and soft even tanning to the pages.  There is a tear the whole length of the spine!
