This is a new, unopened Shaq Attaq Downtown Shootout Game manufactured by Kenner in 1993. The set includes a 5" Shaquille O'Neal action figure, a custom stand, a basketball hoop, a custom backboard, and three miniature basketballs. The figure has basketball shooting action and is part of the Shaq Attaq Figures/Games series. The game is designed for ages 6 and up and is a part of the Kenner Starting Lineups product line. The set is themed around basketball and the National Basketball Association (NBA).
